Day 18 of the Strada Easel Challenge of painting 31 paintings in 31 days from life. "A Snowy Day" was painted from life only looking out of my studio window. It has been snowing non-stop. I like to paint this tree in winter at least once a year. This time with no sun it is more of a tonal painting.
